Document signing is electronic — no office visit required. Can I bring someone with me for support during the buying process?

Absolutely. Bringing a co-signer, a partner, or a trusted advisor is always welcome. If a co-signer is on the application, they need to be part of the signing process. If someone is just there for support or a second opinion, that is also fine. Many customers prefer to have a family member involved in major financial decisions — we encourage it.

Do you pressure customers into add-ons or extras?

No. Warranty and protection products are offered as options, not pressured as requirements. You will see what is available, what it costs, and what it covers — and you decide. The deal is the deal — we do not change the terms if you decline optional products.

What if I change my mind after applying but before signing?

You can withdraw at any point before signing without any cost or penalty. An application does not commit you to anything. An approval does not commit you to anything. Only a signed contract creates an obligation. If you decide the vehicle is not right, the terms do not work for you, or your circumstances change before you sign — just let us know and we part ways without issue.
